Welcome to the first ever episode of It Has to be me. I'm your host Test Masters and my first guest

for the first episode is my dear friend and Trailblazer Amber Stott from Food Literacy Center. I will introduce her in just a minute, but I just wanted to give a quick shout out to all of the people who have done my 60 day reset because it is my weekly office hours that really sort of planted the seed for this podcast.

We have a saying in our community, good better or or best, not perfect, and we have these incredible

rich conversations about what drives our choices and what our obstacles are and what gets in the

way of taking action on the things that we want. And so many people come back and return to this community

because they want access to those conversations so I figured that if so many of

those people were starved and thirsty for those kinds of conversations, maybe you would be too.

So I just want to give a big shout out to all those people that helped me decide that I was,
