Um, hi. Remember me? It's Evian. And it's Evian. And, um, it's been about three years since I've been in front of a microphone.

Oh man, so much has happened since then. New relationships, a couple of breakups, several identity crises,

and one divorce.

There's so much I could share with you about all of that, but needless to say, a lot has

changed in my life and in my work since December 2022, which was the last time a new episode of Sensual self-aired. But the one thing that hasn't

changed is my practice of sensuality. I'm sure you can imagine, but I've been moving through

some really hard and heavy transitions. But being close to my body and staying connected to what makes me feel

good in it has been such a buoy. It's given my life a bit more meaning. It's reminded me that I am

much more than my grief or despair or anxiety. And yeah, there is a lot of that going around right now.

In the years that I've been away from this podcast, I've really missed being able to share with you

my thoughts and learnings about this work. I've missed the dedicated space that this podcast

held for us to be with ourselves and our bodies. But I've missed the dedicated space that this podcast held for us to be with ourselves and our bodies.
