Good morning everyone and welcome back to another morning with the masters where we devote

ourselves to the Lord, daily with you. Good morning, you guys. Good morning indeed. We are

picking up back in the Thrive Bible so Tori would just take it from here. Yes, you guys. Today's

devotional is titled Qualified and the verse is out of Ephesians 3, 8, it says,

Though I am the least deserving of all God's people, he graciously gave me the privilege of telling

the Gentiles about the endless treasures available to them in Christ. The love letter from God says,

Beloved Child, I will give you the opportunity to do great things for me. Things you may not feel

qualified to do. Don't put your confidence in what you have accomplished or earned. Those things

make little difference in my kingdom. Instead, do things that will help to build your confidence

in me. I will qualify you to do anything I call you to do. My grace gives you the ability to do

much more than you could ever do on your own. Let me have your dreams. I will do exceedingly

and abundantly more than you would ever dare to ask. When I am finishing doing my work in and

through you, you will know how extraordinary you really are to me. Love your Heavenly Father.

The reflection says, even more important than working on our confidence is working on our

confidence in Christ. Even the Apostle Paul, a highly educated man, recognized that he was

useless until the Lord gave him the privilege of doing something with eternal significance.

The key to overcoming our insecurities is to put our security in Christ. The treasure of

truth says, God does not call the qualified. He qualifies the called. I love that. I've heard that

since I gave my life to Christ and it always resonates with me because I feel like a lot of us

humans, it's all about making something of ourselves. Making ourselves beautiful to be suitable

for our spouse, making sure that we are good at work to be worthy of our promotion. We're always

trying to make ourselves worthy of something to make it to basically justify the reason why we're
