takes to achieve said outcome? These are things that are about as human as it gets and there is a very real reason why we struggle like it doesn't seem like it would make sense

That should be the logical way in which goals are achieved, but it's not because we are human.

And so there is a very real explanation as to why we oftentimes don't do the things that we know we need to do.

And then we sit there and we scratch our heads, we're like, what the hell?

I know that I want this result.

I know that I want to look better. I know that I want to feel better. I know that I want to get leaner. I know that I want to be healthier, more fit, stronger. Whatever it is, I know it. Why am I not doing the things that I know I need to do to get the
