Summary

2020 has been the year of the great conjunction and the great polarity. Politicians are politicizing you to see one way or another; friends or family may be sharing their pov on everything; influencers may even be influencing one way or another; even spiritualists share their vision of the way to see the world. We're bombarded with information overload. It's time to lean into ourselves. Lean into our own magic and filter out the vast array of information everyone and their grandma is preaching. Along with remembering the seat of our soul's purpose and finding a sense of compassion witnessing where others sit. More info in show notes. Though our spirit of course is soothed already, so I guess more so soothe the mind this human wild mind to tune into the soul the spirit to remember and in times when we might forget, perhaps we feel off in some way sad or unmotivated or stuck experiencing whatever a form of contrast we're experiencing, which is all not only very natural,

a natural part of the human experience, but sometimes very necessary for our growth and opening up our awareness.

And in these moments what gives me strength personally these moments of contrast

2:12.0

is having a deep sense of compassion for myself and a deeper understanding of how my personal individual human mind and human vessel operates and perceives the world.

2:28.0

When it comes to contrast or maybe what feels like a dark period in our world.

2:37.0

It's helpful to of course turn to soul soothing or you know spiritual sources to help us remember and

2:50.0

tune in but it's also important to understand how our mind, our individual minds are wired.

2:57.6

So we can make sense and have both a cerebral context and also a spiritual insight of the experience

simultaneously because we're human we're human and we're experiencing this human experience which is so wildly colorful that it only helps to take care of our mental health, our physical health, and also our

spiritual health and not just solely be focused on one of the three, which I've

definitely gone down that route where I'm only focused on my mental health

because it was in a severe place I was only focused on my mental health because it was in a severe place.
