Summary

Tonight’s guest, Amanda Stowers (a.k.a. The Bigfoot Lady), is a co-host on the Squatchin’ Holler Podcast and works at the Expedition Bigfoot Museum, in Georgia. Her interest in Sasquatch stemmed from two Sasquatch-related experiences she’s had. One happened in 2001 and the other in 2002. She never saw the Sasquatch as her 2001 encounter played out, but her brother did. When she had her next encounter, in 2002, however, she did. 1:05.9	I had a bigfoot siding in 2002, but I also had an experience with my brother and my cousin in 2001.
1:15.5	I will start with the first one as it's in chronological order, the one that happened in 2001.
1:24.5	We grew up here in the mountains and so our only source of heat was firewood.
1:29.3	So my brother, my cousin, myself, my dad and my uncle were all on our family property,
1:37.3	cutting firewood to get it ready to season for the winter.
1:41.3	This would have been in the late fall, and I try to paint the picture
1:46.1	as where we were at on the property. There was plenty of trees around the creek, and that was the
1:52.2	ones we were cutting down, but we were also in the middle of a giant hay field in the middle
1:57.9	of the woods on the property. The hay was very, very tall.
