good. I had a nice wholesome weekend. Well, you were just gone for like a day and a half

or two, but I was going for that run for new for hours. Well, yeah, you left it 8 a.m.

on Sunday and you didn't get back to the striped an in Monday afternoon. Yeah. I am things

are good. I have a busy week though. I, well, I can tell you a little bit. I had a presentation

last night. I should say I gave a lecture to a couple of college students. So that was

interesting. I haven't done something like that ever in my life. But, you know, you would

think like I like to talk and I told you where I would say like the lecture. No, do I?

No, I'm just saying. No, I've never done that before. And I think people are like, oh,

you're good at talking like the girls on my team. They're like, you're going to talking

you're good, but you know, you want to. I feel like pressure when I have to teach something,

I thought that I want someone to learn something because I don't really feel qualified to be
