Hey, so the only thing that concerns me I am

I'm cautiously optimistic about Abbott's handling of this.

When Bill Himmer, I think it was last night,

I didn't actually see the interview, I just heard the snippets this morning,

but when he was specifically asked about giving orders for agents and or guardsmen to get

physical with federal agents he dodged and went back to faulting the handling of

this whole situation to the Biden administration.

So I don't know if this is going to be like this photo op when it comes to a head

and then he just kind of gives the stand-down order and says well we tried but at the end of the day

we had to concede defeat that's what's got me a little bit concerned.

No Michael it's it's it's it's a very valid point and and let me let me address that first of all

and I'm not criticizing you I'm telling you what a lot of people do

I think people become very concerned with predicting the next three moves and so it affects their ability to react objectively to things

as they are happening and it affects their ability to be participants in the game.

The good and bad news is that the public has more influence over public policy

than people realize. That's the good news.

The bad news is you're moving the ball slowly, you do not get instant gratification,

and the result that you want is almost always much later than you expected.

By the time it gets to the point that the action is taken you're gone you've moved on you've lost

interest and that is that that slow sustained effort is very difficult.
