You probably heard the whole thing, you know, the man who was introduced as the person

who'd made a million out of oil. And he said, no, it wasn't me, it wasn't, it was my brother.

It wasn't oil, it was my brother. It wasn't oil.

It was coal.

And I didn't make a million.

I lost it.

But apart from there, the introduction was perfectly accurate.

It's always good to be here, to say the least.

It's an understatement territory.

And, yeah, two things that for me, this house gave me and continues to give me is number

one, it's home.

And home isn't a place.

It's an address in my heart that we all got given here.

I'll say to the alumni, you'll never

find this again. I'm not saying there aren't places that are wonderful, but you'll never find

this again. And home is an address in my heart of shared values and trust and love and covering.

And it enables me when I go somewhere to recognise a little piece of home
