We are picking up with day two of our Seek and Seven devotional that encourages a God

first lifestyle. There's a link to that in the description of the podcast if you guys want to

fall along with us. Before we jump in, I just have to, you just, Tor and I come to you

hat and hand, okay? We never ask for this, but we're asking right now. We are.

We notice that there is a specific number of Apple podcast ratings on the Apple podcast

app or whatever. And it's a number that it's not a Christian number. It's not a godly number.

So if you guys are listening to Apple, would you mind going to giving us a rating?

People may have already changed it to where we're away from that number. That's awesome,

but we would really appreciate it because obviously we want this podcast to fully glorify God

in every way. It's not, you know, anyways. Okay, I'm going to read the scripture and Tor is going

to pick it up with the Divo. Let's do it. The scripture is Psalm 27 verse 8 and it says this,

my heart says of you, seek his face. Your face, Lord, I will seek.

The devotional says we all have a pulling, a tugging, a yearning from within.

This pulling comes from your innermost being from deep within your heart. It exists as an

extension of your soul. The heart's yearning is its way of asking for something. In most cases,

the heart is asking to be filled. Every person is born in meeting love. And this is often the most

significant ask from the heart. As we seek God first and as we experience the things of God,

we teach our hearts to yearn for the filling that comes from him. God is love. And therefore,

as our hearts are filled with more of him, it receives love. As you continue to seek him,
