Okay, hey, girl. Hey, good morning. Welcome to where am I right now? Oh, I'm on Taste of Taylor.

0:20.6

Welcome to Taste of Taylor. It's my weekly podcast. I got a few jobs. Sometimes I get lost as to where I am.

0:26.8

Yeah, so Taste of Taylor, my weekly podcast. And right now I've got my girl, Claudia, A.K.A. Girl with no job. Hey, girl. Hey, Queen, it's been a minute since we podcasted together.

0:38.4

I know. It's been like what? At least six months to eight months.

0:43.5

I mean, the last time we podcasted it together, you came to my house and then we drank on my couch afterwards and we talked shit about everyone.

0:49.2

Which was so much fun. Can we, can we, we've got to do that again? Can we do that again? Like, but on Zoom?

0:55.4

I'm so sick. Honestly, I'm, I'm over it. I know it's a connector and I get that that's a great thing. And I'm as my friends, I miss my family.

1:03.8

But I'm just like, enough with the Zoom everything.

1:07.4

I know I'm having a really hard time during this quarantine, not being so fucking negative about everything because I'm generally a negative person.

1:15.8

And it's like funny or whatever. But people are feeling really down. And so when I'm podcasting every day, I'm trying so hard, like not to say me things about everything and anything because I think everything sucks.

1:24.5

So with the Zoom stuff, like me and Jackie are always talking about on the show how like, you know, it sucks, but it makes, it's like, it's the best we could do right now.

1:32.8

So to speak negatively of it would just like be rude. I'm trying. And by the way, don't get me wrong. I've been zooming a lot. Like, I've been having game nights. I've been doing a lot.

1:40.6

Me too. It's just not the same. At first, I was like, not at all. At first, I was like, this is amazing. This is better than in person because when I'm tired, I get to go upstairs in my bed and go right to sleep.

1:50.7

But now I'm just like the connection keeps dropping off. I mean, listen, like you said, under the circumstances, it's all we've got. And first of all, I'm really pissed. I didn't buy stock in Zoom. That's not the right.

2:02.6

I know where like, where did it come from? No, it's so crazy that like, I guess I have a not traditional job. So I don't really use zoom. And before this, I didn't really know what it was.

2:13.2

Like, I thought people still use Skype and like Google Hangouts. And then after like this quarantine, like people are like, oh, zoom, zoom, zoom. And I'm like, has ever been using zoom since before I got here because I didn't even have like a login.

2:26.4

Me neither. And then it became my life. So I had to download the application on my computer. I actually I downloaded to I have very few apps on my computer. And it's like one of the three that I have. Same.

2:38.7

I'm okay. So how are you quarantining? I like, I just want to start the South by saying, of course, Claudian, I recognize the people who are like truly like busing their asses and working so hard during this quarantine, right? I mean, people on the front lines, we've got essential workers, doctors, nurses, any drivers, yeah, delivery people, grocery workers, food workers. I mean, everybody on the front lines every single day, like fucking thank you. I mean, it must be scary.

3:06.5

Shit, I haven't left my house in 10 days.

3:10.4

I know it's so crazy. And the fact that like we take so much of that for granted in a regular day, like I just get my Amazon boxes without thinking twice about how it got there.

3:19.1

And I feel like, you know, I'm trying to be positive and like see what I could take out of this. And one of that one of those things is just having so much respect for like the people who contribute to your life and like making it run smoothly.
