On this week's midweek mini episode, we are going to talk about perfectionism. That is right.

0:15.0

And the reason why we're going to talk about perfectionism is because recently I had a conversation

0:18.6

with somebody who's been in the event space and been

0:21.8

an entrepreneur for two decades. And him and I were talking and he said, you know, he was asking

0:26.8

me about the real talk summit, this, this huge conference that we put on in March. We had Gary Vaynerchuk

Normally I would put myself in a position where I wouldn't release a product

1:13.2

or a service or an event or anything until I felt like it was absolutely perfect. And I said with

1:18.8

this, I just let go of the need to be perfect. I knew that there was going to be things that I didn't

1:23.9

know about and I knew that there was going to be things that weren't going to be exceptional or world class and I knew that there was going to be things that were going to fail

1:31.3

and I knew that there were going to be lessons that I was going to learn about my event and there's

1:35.8

going to be lessons to learn about my talk because I spoke before Gary Vaynerchuk
