We have a lot to talk about. I took a little bit of a break. I took a little bit of a Sabbath. I actually fasted from social media and January. And it was honestly so nice, so refreshing. I can't think of a better way to start
0:40.1	the new year than to start it by resting. Very hard for me to do. I'm very much so a busy body,
0:45.2	but honestly, like forcing myself into a place of resting with Jesus was so refreshing on so many
0:52.0	fronts. January is actually one of my least favorite months of the year.

1:00.7	It's just weird. It's just a weird month. And so sabbathing, resting, taking some time away from
1:06.2	social media was so good for just my mindset, my mental clarity, and really just getting an idea of what God
1:13.4	is wanting to do in my life, not what I'm wanting to do in 2026, but what God is wanting to do in my
1:19.3	heart and in my life and in our life as a family unit now in the next 12 months, now 11 months,
1:26.2	because we're officially in February, which is absolutely
1:28.8	insane. But today's going to be a bit of a solo episode. You guys are probably wondering what the
1:34.7	heck is going on. Why does she not have a guest? I usually have my husband as a co-host. I love,
1:40.0	he's my favorite guest. No offense to like any guests I've had previously, but like obviously,
1:44.6	he's my favorite person in the whole wide world. So naturally, I love talking with him. He's actually
1:50.2	currently traveling for work. And I was like, you know what? We're just going to lean into this.
1:56.3	We're going to lean into this. I've been wanting to do more solo podcast. And honestly, it's just something that I've
2:03.6	been wrestling with the Lord on. I love having conversations with people. Naturally, I like to sit
2:10.4	with them. I like to sit in front of them. Hear their heart. Hear their testimony. Hear their
2:14.8	stories. And I have just always used that as a crutch to run away
