| 1:20.6 | And so when sadness arises, we try to cheer up. |
| 1:25.6 | When anxiety surfaces, we look for something to control. |
| 1:31.0 | And when anger appears, we turn it inward or away. |
| 1:35.9 | We have been conditioned to see emotions as things to escape or manage or overcome. |
