0:53.7	You have finished books that you didn't enjoy.
0:57.4	You have eaten a whole order of French fries, which from the first bite was irredeemably cold

1:06.0	You have dutifully shown up at a book club every month, even though you dreaded it.
1:13.8	What's funny about this is that people go to movies, read books, eat French fries and
1:19.3	make social plans because these things are supposed to be enjoyable.
1:24.8	It's not like your soul was going to be elevated by that action movie or that the French
1:29.8	fries were going to have any nutritional value.
1:33.8	They are supposed to be fun, full stop.
1:38.9	So why do we continue doing things that we are supposed to enjoy if they are not enjoyable?
