Summary

What even is a thyroid? Do women need testosterone? Today, Brooke Welsh, NP, answers these questions while diving into the world of women’s health. Madi and Brooke talk luteal phases, mind-gut connections, and hormones, as well as Madi’s own journey of navigating health after having a baby. Most importantly, if you’re a woman struggling with her well-being, know you’re not alone. As Troy Bolton once told us, we’re all in this together.
