When your mindset is shaped by trust instead of striving, everything changes. In this episode, Pastor Jim Baker of Zion Church joins us for a conversation about healing, provision, and partnering with God from a place of rest. If you’ve been following our series on mindset, this one invites you to take the next step: letting God’s goodness be your starting point.
Key Scriptures:
+ Hebrews 12:2. Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
+ Luke 16:10–11. The one who is faithful in a very little thing is also faithful in much; and the one who is unrighteous in a very little thing is also unrighteous in much. Therefore, if you have not been faithful in the use of unrighteous wealth, who will entrust the true riches to you?
+ Matthew 6:26. Look at the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, nor reap, nor gather crops into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more important than they?
+ Psalm 139:17–18. How precious also are Your thoughts for me, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You.
