I know you're here at an event and getting ready to present

and carving out the time to join us is just so great.

You know, Matt, every time I get an opportunity to speak with you,

whether it be on the big stages, which has been a blessing in my life,

to share big stages with you and to learn so much about the deal

and how people through practice can learn so many different nuggets

of wisdom to being just hanging out with you backstage or here in Phoenix as we're at the

professional athlete community, the YPO for professional athletes. So anytime I can have time

with you, it's a blessing. So thanks for taking the time to do this.

Absolutely. It's an honor. And one of the things, you know, the title of my podcast is what's your deal. And a lot of times that's business and buying and selling and all of that, which you've done an enormous amount of. But the other thing as I've gotten to know that I appreciate so much, is just the guy behind the name.

And the human element that you bring to what you do is just something I really, I want to pour more into for people to understand.

Well, I appreciate that.

You know, my mom's favorite quote was, you're either humble or you're about to be.

And as you know, my journey had a few lessons and

bumps and bruises about humility along the way. It was a lot more than just making a lot of money.

I had to also combine this idea of helping a lot of people. I've always had fun. It's just

what kind of fun am I having today? It's much more healthy than the fun I was having in the past.

Well, every time I've seen you, you are having fun and spreading the joy, honestly.

Together with you. Yes, thank you. Right on. So I'd love to drill into some of the aspects of

who you are that help you to be happy. Sure. And, you know, one of those, as I've gotten to know you, I know you're a

huge advocate of coaches. You use coaches in your life. I use lots of coaches in my life as well.
