0:29.3	Okay what you being told? We have to pay back for 10 years, you know, consecutively in order for the loans to be forgiven,

0:50.6	and not pay back 10 years like because you know with COVID they stopped everything so now I'm just getting back into repayment and whatnot and I'm about to hit my 10 years at my jobs. I work for the government and I was just like,
1:06.0	if we, you know, if they're about to forgive me, you know, with this new little setup,
1:12.0	they can just go head on and you know cancel me out by my you know my
1:16.3	anniversary but they were like no when I apply for the save public loan or the public service loan forgiveness or whatever they
1:26.2	were just explaining that no I would have to pay all the way to August 2025 and I'm like
1:31.6	now which is it because I'm hearing like so many things.
1:34.6	Yeah yeah yeah so I had the opportunity to sit down with the White House when this came out a couple of weeks ago
1:39.5	they asked me to come on because they know I'm very big on his whole student alone stuff
1:43.4	especially me being an author of deaf free degree and so I'm so sorry that you
1:46.7	are hearing some things now less something has changed without my awareness
1:50.0	based upon what the White House has told me is you got to make at least 10 years of consecutive payments on the loan, right?
