Let's do it. The scripture is Hebrews 4 verses 15 and 16 and it says this,

this high priest of ours understands our weaknesses for he faced all of the same

testings we do yet. He did not send. So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God.

There we will receive his mercy and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

So good. The devotional says wonderful counselor. In Isaiah, Jesus is referred to as our

wonderful counselor. And throughout the New Testament, we see his ministry support this.

Jesus didn't just offer hope and healing in societally approved places like synagogues.

He took his ministry to the streets and sought out the loss, the hurting, and the broken,

especially those cast aside by society. What a blessing we have and a wonderful counselor

who meets us right where we are. We're also reminded that Jesus was tempted in every way

just as we are, yet he did not send. Knowing the pain and the scorn to come,

God became human, choosing to experience every aspect of life for himself. In Jesus, we not

only have someone who can empathize with our struggles, but someone who's always ready and willing
