I, like I said yesterday, I got away for a little bit.

It was in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and even if I was doing a lot of the same work,

it was just great to be in a different environment, different contexts, you know, see my family,

different people.

And there's so much liberation, I would say, that comes from a simple change of scenery.

And I think that's why I've moved around so much over the past five, six years, actually since college.

I lived all over the place.

And it's just such a refreshing

um a refreshing endeavor to uh to see new things and uh give yourself a blank slate so

anyway I am back in the studio rocking and rolling feeling good and I have a an interesting topic that you know the beginning

of the week i researched a little bit and i went down this rabbit hole per usual and uh found

something pretty cool so i want to pass that along to you maybe a couple months back now now in a Bernay Brown book, I found a quote from her.

She said, you can't give what you don't have, or meaning you can only give what you have.

And as I was poking around, I saw, you know, Wayne Dyer said something very similar.

And he used the metaphor of an orange.

And basically the way he explains this is, look, if you squeeze an orange, 10 times out of 10, 100% of the time,

orange juice is going to come out of that orange

because that's what it's filled with.

And you'll never squeeze an orange and get grapefruit juice.

It's just not there.
