We're doing it all the time whether we're aware of it or not, but seeking out those that we can really deeply connect with.

If you think of it, like one of the major things that any old soul is trying to achieve is intimacy with with others, you know get to that very very deep place and it's a lot easier with somebody with whom you have a soul connection, even a sole agreement,

then it would be just for a random person.

I mean it's a generalization when of course you can meet people just kind of by chance who are also old souls and they really, you know, be able to go to that place with you.

But that search for intimacy is a lot easier when you're amongst kindred spirits, you know, really those of a similar soul age.

Now let the magic begin. Well, you know, it's actually, it really surprises me how often I find this with clients that we actually have a connection from a past life.

You know, I mean a really big part of what old souls are doing all the time is really trying

to reconnect with the soul family.

And if you're paying attention to that I've always

thought that I think if people really realized that that was so much a part of their

mission if you like in this life I think we'd I don know, I think we'd respect our relationships more and we might actually

not spend time with those who are not really serving us. I think we'd show more discernment if we really understood what to look for and that we're seeking seeking those we've known before.

That feels so true because there are definitely times when our minds might be like oh this person

would benefit me in my life right now because yada yada but does that person really feel right

for you whereas you feel like someone sees you,

they see you as in just pure love for who you are

versus what you are.

Well, you know, I think we all want to be seen, you are. know I think we all want to be seen you know and we want to see and be seen.

Yeah, exactly.

And it's amazing how often we end up in you know friendships and relationships with people

who we really have they don't really have sufficient connection with us you know I

think there's a sort of sloughing that goes on I guess guess that's what I'm really getting at. I think we would hold out for really better relationships. Very often if you knew that there's definitely a soulmate or somebody's soul family out there instead of
