0:09.2	when you do it right. If you built, right? If you don't overbuild, you don't become emotionally

0:57.6	Oh my gosh, yeah, y'all don't know. It's get me emotional because there's a part of
1:03.8	there's a part of entrepreneurship that I didn't understand. And the fact that I have
1:09.9	I'm able to learn from terracotta. So like all of the different areas of real estate
1:17.2	and actually being in it. And literally if I wasn't if I wasn't your brother, I would I would
1:24.1	100% be your mentee. I'm your mentee now. But like I join every class, everything because one,
1:31.1	I just trust you and you didn't have to do it. I know terracotta's hard. It's not like she had
1:35.1	to do it or like there was a play at some point. Like it's just, you know, this person said they
1:40.2	won something. I got him. No problem. Yeah. And look how many people now you can share success stories
1:47.2	of real transactions that really took place that changed your life. But David, you impact millions
1:52.9	of people around the world and your heart is genuine and true. So now people are going to
1:56.9	believe, wow, if David can on real estate, I can on it too. Oh my gosh, y'all, everybody here can do that.
