Today, Mike Pence spent nearly eight hours testifying before Jack Smith's federal grand jury

after the DC circuit denied Trump's motion to block it.

Trump lawyer Tocco Pence began his cross-examination of E. Jean Carroll.

The Supreme Court gas lights America once again, Senate Republicans vote against the Equal Rights Amendment,

and Jamie Raskin's cancer is in remission.

So lots of breaking news at the end of the day today.

I actually texted a friend like kind of a slow news day, and then within five minutes,

BAM, Nicole Wallace announces live on deadline White House that Mike Pence,

she was talking to Garrett Hake on the ground there by the court house, Mike Pence testified.

Part of Jack Smith, probably himself, well, he said Jack Smith, but I don't know if he met Jack Smith or Jack Smith's prosecutors,

but testified from 9 a.m. to 430 p.m.

So all day, we do not know if he's going to come back tomorrow or if he wrapped his testimony today.

He took off pretty quickly, ran a red light on the way out by the way, so nobody's above the law.

Anyway, I'm just kidding. I know he's in a motorcade.
