0:49.1	keep a certain amount of cash at my house. I had something that came up several months ago.
0:55.2	Somebody asked me to transfer some money. I opened up my app, my Bank of America app,
1:01.0	and everything read zero, all my accounts. And I'm looking at it and I'm saying, well,
1:05.2	maybe this is just, you know, I can transfer it anyway and I tried and it says insufficient
1:09.5	funds. And so I call them and I'm on hold for 25 minutes, and then it hangs up on me.
1:16.5	I try calling back, and it's busy, like the rest of the world is trying to call them at the same time.
1:21.5	And finally, after about 45 minutes, it reset itself.
1:25.9	And I'm like, I didn't have any money. What if I really needed money?
1:30.0	And I couldn't get access to that. Well, the problem is not whether you have cash at home.
1:35.7	The problem is you're dealing with the world's worst bank. Bank of America sucks, as you have
1:42.4	discovered, my friend. So, yeah, you need to get with a small town local bank or a good credit union like
1:48.2	Fairwind's credit union, and then somebody will actually answer the freaking phone on the
1:54.4	other end.
1:55.3	But Bank of America is, they're robotic and ridiculous.
