What was your theme for the show?

This isn't going to work anymore.

I can feel it.

The country.

Yes.

Yeah.

This is not like clickbait or just the story of the day or hyperbole or whatever.

No, things are off the rails.

I open the show by pointing out that I've long had a pretty decent sense of

when a relationship or a band or a friendship or something.

This is not going to work.

I can see that now.

And I feel that way about the country.

Now my usual encouraging note when we get into a topic like this is

you can have a very happy life.

You can make money.
