Summary

Laceinne found herself quickly turning her back on medical midwifery in her pregnancy and deciding to go it alone, despite having never heard the term freebirth.

Her simple motto of “you got this” got her through her debilitating pregnancy and kept her mind clean and clear as she prepared for her birth.

Laceinne reminds us all that you can do anything for a few minutes at a time and all you have to do to find your inner resources, is to simply claim them.
