Today's tip is that it is okay to be a little busier than you might want

for a while. Many things were put on hold over the last year and there are going to be some

months of making up for lost time. It's okay. Things were slow for a while and busier now.

Eventually, they will settle down. There is no need to worry about phases looking a little different.

Several years ago, I was talking with a woman who was just back at work after an extended

maternity leave. Well, extended for America, at least. We're talking eight months or so.

Work was quite busy as she was getting back up to speed and she worried that she was neglecting

things at home. I noted that she was probably doing just fine. But more importantly, she had just

had eight months of being completely at home, putting a lot of effort into things there.

That was a phase. This current time was also a phase. They probably balanced each other out.
