| 0:56.0 | Every year, many of us include these sorts of changes in our New Year's resolutions. |
| 1:02.0 | And every year, most of us fail to follow through for more than a few weeks. |
| 1:07.0 | Making a change, it turns out, is hard. |
| 1:11.0 | And sustaining it is even harder. |
