experience binges sometimes and you're unclear on what to do afterwards I

thought this was a great question because I know after a binge is like one of the lowest points that you can feel in your life because you often was symptom of binge eating is that you feel so guilty afterwards.

So Dr. Kimbettis, can you just talk about what is a good thing to do after

binge eating to make yourself feel good again?

Yeah, so I think there's a couple things.

So the first that I'll start with is you've benched, just go back to your regular eating.

As soon as you possibly can, even if you're not hungry, just eat like normal, right?

So don't restrict or skip meals, don't do anything to compensate for the bench.

Just resume your regular balanced eating, focus on nourishing your body,
