The day in sports obviously you think fourth of July you think baseball we got a loaded slate going on we got a ton of games that we will get into we actually just had a no hitter broken up for the Phillies Christopher Sanchez or for the Red Sox excuse me Nick Pevetta was on the mound and just got that broken up with the triple by the Marlin so we got that we got the Yankees trying to avoid the sweep right now against the Reds they were down five nothing they made it a five two. We got the Cubs battling against the Phillies.

Philadelphia is up 1-0 in that game as well.

We had the gnats go off at 11 a.m.

Eastern time today.

That's how, or that's what they've been doing the last like three four

five years here in DC because of the fireworks they want to play that game early so

the Nats a one-nothing winner is Jake Irving goes eight innings and only gives up

one hit we have the Cardinals and the Pirates all tied up at one.

Astros up four three on the Blue Jays right now. Guardians up 7-3 on the White Sox, Twins 9-3 over the Tigers and the Padres and the Rangers are scoreless in the bottom of the second.

So we'll keep you posted on all those games going on.

We of course had the hot dog eating contest earlier today.

Rob Brown was telling me before the show that he's going to make himself some
