Every day she saw this old man sitting on his front porch rocking in this rocking chair.

He always seemed to be so happy. One day she got her nerve up and went over to him.

He said, sir, I can't help but notice you're always smiling, always in a good mood.

Tell me, what is your secret for such a long, happy life?

He said, that's easy. I smoked three packs of cigarettes a day.

I ate nothing but junk food and I never exercised.

She said, that's amazing. How old are you? He said 26.

Don't live like that. Here we go, y'all. This is my Bible.

I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have. I can do what it says I can do.

Today I will be taught the Word of God. I boldly confess my mind is alert, my heart is receptive.

I will never be the same in Jesus name. God bless you.
