0:09.8	Have you ever paused to realize that you are today the adults that you one day dreamt of becoming?
0:18.8	When you were a kid, didn't you used to think, I'm going to have ice cream for
0:21.3	breakfast. I'm going to have cookies in bed. I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to. Right, we used to beg for days off school. My mom used to let me take days off school, I've got to say, to her credit. I think she liked the company, and we'd always have a bit of home education in various different things. My mum really got me into wisdom, nice and early.

0:42.0	You are now the adult that you dreamt of becoming.
0:47.0	Are you honoring younger you with your choices?
0:50.4	Now, this might not mean ice cream for breakfast anymore.

1:04.7	You are doing everything at will. You have freedom. You have agency. Whatever you decide to do today,
1:08.6	no one's going to come and arrest you. Your mom can't come and say, you're not allowed to do that.
1:17.7	You're not going to be sent to your room or for a time time out. So, what does that mean? Are you putting a cage around yourself? Are you putting limits and barriers on yourself? Are you coming up with self-imposed rules that maybe don't work,

1:30.6	ping of euphoria in my body when I remember, I'm an adult. I'm free. And it doesn't mean I don't
1:37.8	honor my commitments, but it means that the commitments that I make are commitments that I want

1:45.8	four years. I have not skipped a single day. Is it because someone's watching over me saying
1:51.9	you have to do it? No. It's because this is a joy and a privilege and such fun to be in your

2:02.7	community said that I'm in the top 0.5% of podcasts. And that was lovely. It's always nice to,
2:09.2	I suppose, receive this recognition or acknowledgement. But I don't care. I do it for me.
