0:11.5	success story from a guy who's actually been following me for about a decade, 10 years. And he says
0:19.2	that he's been reading my first book, 3% man, on average 25 times a year for several
0:27.3	years. So obviously it's a pretty good success story. It's really interesting how he met his
0:33.3	girlfriend of five years. And it just goes to show if you focused on yourself becoming the best
0:39.6	version of yourself that you can be taking care of your body taking care of the controllables if
0:45.3	you will like i talk about in my second book mastering yourself women will notice you and approach
0:52.7	you and put themselves into your orbit in hopes that you notice them,
0:57.0	sweep them off their feet, and romance them properly.
1:01.0	Or as my English girlfriend would say, a proper seeing too.
1:06.0	So I've got a quote that I wrote, and then we'll go through his email.
1:12.8	The quote says, when you blame others for your bad choices or lack of success, you absolve yourself from any personal responsibility for the people and circumstances in your life.
1:23.9	No matter where you are in life, it's the result of your best thinking.
1:28.3	If you are not happy with the results that you are getting,
1:31.3	you should change and refine your approach based upon the results of your failures,
1:36.3	as well as your successes.
1:38.3	If you continue doing what you've always done, you'll continue to get what you've always got.
1:52.8	Alpha males take action to shape and change their destiny, while beta males complain and blame others.
