Most people never know because we're never taught until we seek it out ourselves.

We're not taught how powerful our minds are. We simply don't know. To me, this is perhaps the greatest tragedy

because there is so much unnecessary suffering.

We suffer so much in our imagination,

thinking about how we've messed up,

thinking about how things are going to go wrong in the future,

thinking about how we're not good enough, how we don't have enough, all just thoughts.

This is what I know my friends. Your mind is powerful. It's so powerful. We are all creators here on planet Earth and there are no exceptions.

Your mind can create a state of bliss wherever you are or it can create the opposite it can create suffering

What a lot of people don't know is that it takes the same amount of effort to create this state of

bliss and joy to live in or to create suffering and stress. To me this is what pure wisdom is. Being aware, what are you creating in this moment?

To me, a person who's wise is simply the master of their mind.

They're the master of their thinking. They're not controlled by their thoughts. They don't have one negative thought. Let it run away with them. Take it away for two or three hours. Start texting friends about it. Stop building all this momentum around it and then going,

oh, why does my life suck today?

Why am I so stressed out?

One of the greatest lessons that I've learned

is that cause and effect isn't as real as you think. Often we think, oh, this is the cause of my suffering or even this is the cause of my joy. There's the cause, something wanted or unwanted, and the effect, a positive or negative emotion.

What if that relationship actually isn't there?

The proof that supports this means that anyone who experiences a similar cause

or a similar life event would have the direct same reaction response effect in their lives.
