I'm about to do Gomer where I'm about to do a massive transformation in my family's life.

Yeah. Every other Saturday, we're either going to abortion clinic or the soup kitchen, period.

From that's it from now here on out. What if they have basketball games? No, what? Are you, are no, no, no basketball games?

No. What about soccer? No, I'm not. What about tackle football? No, we're going to do this first. They'll have to go late. First of all, no one's in sports right now, so it's easy for me to say this. Okay. Don't you miss when you first gave your life to the Lord and you didn't have, family's a blessing there's no question but when you

could just literally be like sure I'll stay up all night evangelizing on the street or something like

that you know like yeah it was incredible the freedom that you had now I spent most of my freedom

on myself but yes it was no I remember when we were in college you I remember days when you and I were doing stuff like that. Yeah, like I love that idea. I love it. The unmarried man is anxious about things of the Lord and how to please the Lord. Yeah. Right? St. Paul says that in 1st Corinthians 7. And I want to be anxious again. I want that. I miss it. Well, I want to be where the people are, Little Mermaid. This is weird. That's so weird. It's not weird. It's totally relevant to our discussion today. Actually, not at all. Actually, it kind of is relevant. It is, actually. It is. But I teach theology to freshman softwares. And then I teach drama and Shakespeare to third through fifth graders. So I'm going through Aristotle's Poetics. They really don't know that. We're going through the six elements of a tragedy, right? Plot. Let me see if I can remember. Plot, character, thought, language, music, and spectacle. So we're going through all that. And so I'm like, how am I going to connect this with the kids? First, we analyze the plot of the Lion King, then the characters of the Lion King. Last week we did The Little Mermaid. And we analyzed Disney villains. Super fascinating stuff. And then it becomes a show on Catching Foxes. But that whole idea, I want to be where the people are, right?

So I love what you said about that.

I think it's insightful because the constraints that are put upon married people in the lay

life means that our lack of freedom that like that needs to be discerned.

Every single person seems to

not want to be single but singleness is a blessing and a gift and it could be for a season in your life

or your whole life so don't just ignore this gift but also at the same time realize that your

mission field changes and it constricts and it constricts around job neighborhood and your kids lives right so your

life does take on their orbit so yeah so it's like the mission field is no longer the streets late

at night but then become you know yeah your sick kid in the middle of the night right yeah no i get

that my worry is do you know no i get no i do get my worry with my. My worry is that... Do you know? No, I get, no, I do get it.
