We never know when we embark on the TV show journey how it's going to go.

And then we do it and we're like, oh, that actually worked out.

Praise God.

So this one's called Life, Death, and the Eternal Mindset.

And in the opening here, we talk about why we went down this road.

And then we had some great guests.

And in this part, we talked with Kelly Kay, a guy who had a near-death experience and then changed his life a lot afterwards.

life, death, and the eternal mindset. What really inspired this special today is a letter that the

former senator from Nebraska, Ben Sasse, wrote just before Christmas. And then this, the contents of

this letter was reinforced by my back hurting after squatting a little too much or something.

And then my wife saying she thinks my hair is thinning.

And then I ran into a door the other day.

Maybe if you look at last week's episode, you could see it.

It's feeling pretty good, but I ran to a door. In other words, I'm getting old. I wish I could play the Louis CK clip. It's too many swear words, but there's a bit he does that he says when you're in your 30s, you're just shuffling along in life. And you don't even know you're moving. And then you notice like way, way down there people falling off the edge and you're like oh weird like what's going on and then all of a sudden you're moving and then you notice like way way down there people falling off the edge

you're like oh weird like what's going on and then all of a sudden you get closer and and

someone falls off and you're like wait I knew that guy what's going on and you're old

you know before you know it, just old.

And as I'm realizing this more and more,

I also realize that I want to die like Ben Sass.
