I'm Bonnie Curry, and tonight I want you to be convinced of the truth that you are God's

very good creation. Nothing you have ever done or will ever do will change that fact. God

made you and he called you very good.

As you settle into your bed, take one long, deep breath. Hold it to a count of one,

two, three, four, and release it slowly. Now, do that again.

One, two, three, and four, and release it.

Feel your heart rate slow down as you continue with deep, steady breaths.

Tighten and then release the muscles of your neck.

And your shoulders moving down to your back

and your abdomen

and now your legs

and now your legs and now clench and release your fists on both hands

good do it one more time

notice how you had control over all these muscles in your body the way your mind was able to tell

your fingers to clinch and unclench how your shoulder muscles respond to the thought in

your head you are an amazing creation let me pray over you now
