So as I spend time focusing on Jesus every day, it says we become more and more like him.

And then it says we reflect his glory.

Circle that word reflect.

If you spend time with God, you're going to start reflecting the qualities of God, his love,

his joy, his peace, his patience.

This reflection is actually, has a biological basis in your brain.

Scientists have discovered that inside your brain you have what are called mirror neurons.

A lot of study being done on this right now, mirror neurons.

And what the mirror neurons do is they allow you to feel what other people feel when you

look at them.
