Turning your scripture to first Peter, chapter two.

I'm going to look at verse nine and verse 10.

But you are a chosen generation.

Word generation is a Greek word.

If you break that word down, certainly means generation.

But it also has the idea of to generate something.

So we think generation like age or era, but a deeper understanding of that word that

was used there is that you have been generated.

You didn't just, you know, to cause to be is what it means.
