when times get difficult. We can fold and quit and go start all over because here's the

thing about quitting. You may quit what you're doing. You may quit what is difficult,

which means that you have to start all over at something else, which at some point that's something

else will also become difficult. And if a person creates a pattern or a habit of quitting

when things get difficult, then they will be quitting

thing after thing their entire life because nothing worth doing in this life is easy. Nothing

worth having in this life comes easy. If it did, everybody would have it, therefore nobody would want it. So what happens to people

that quit? Well, let's say 2008, the mortgage business gets difficult. People quit. They went and

they joined the insurance. They went and they joined the trades. They went and they did, you know,

life insurance. Then life insurance gets difficult. Then they quit that.

Then they become a realtor. Then real estate becomes difficult. Then they quit that. They

become a title person. Title company gets regulations. It gets difficult. They quit that. They're in a
