Today we have an exciting podcast as Tom shed some light on his most recent project Memorial Park in Houston.

This course will be the host site of the 2020 Houston Open, or at least planned.

It will be the first project where Tom designs a course that the PGA Tour will play on.

As part of the project, his player consultant will be Brooks-Kepka, the number one ranked player in the world.

So Tom shed some light on his conversations with Brooks so far and some of his thoughts on

the design and testing the professionals

while still having a course that's a municipal that sees 60,000 plus rounds.

We, uh, it will be announced that we signed up to do a renovation of Memorial Park Off Course in Houston, which is the big huge woodsy park right downtown, right close to the bayou that runs through Houston and drains the whole city.

It's an old, it was built in the 30s by John Bradamus the same guy that did colonial and a couple of the other courses in Texas at around that time
