So when you're ready to begin to relax, Simply allow your eyes to close. Now, and with your eyes closed, I'd like for you to envision this vast space around you within this yoga retreat.

Feel the warmth embracing as you choose the perfect spot for your practice.

Allow the positive energy of your surroundings to begin gently guiding you towards a place of serenity. Imagine, visualize, or simply pretend that you are gently enrolling your yoga mat on the inviting floor. As your mat unfolds beneath you, imagine a sense of anticipation, filling the air.

Envision the soft texture of the mat promising you comfort and support for your practice. Take a moment to virtually run your fingers over the texture of the map beneath you.
