How's your week been, your yogic week?

A bit disruptive.

A bit disruptive.

I've gone off, off-piced a little bit, to use the term that we'll be using quite a lot shortly.

But I didn't really follow Adrian's days religiously, as religious as previous weeks, because it's just been too hard to fit it in

at times that we would normally have done it.

And when computers are available and space is available.

Yeah, it's definitely been the most challenging week of the month for me as well.

I've, like, I've managed to fit yoga in in some capacity every single day, which I'm really,

really proud of, actually.

Even if it is as simple as doing five minutes of sun salutations and, you know, standing in

mountain pose, like in one of her videos,
