Summary

Just about every dog is going to have some trouble with the hot weather.

For some dogs even a slight elevation in temperature will find them seeking out the shade and wanting shorter walks.

The heat itself can be tiring for a dog so it tends to shorten walks and activity. This will result in us having to find creative ways to entertain our dog and burn some energy.

1:06.4	I'm going to go over some water activities you can try. I'm going to go over some frozen treats you can make where they can just chill in the shade and other activities that you won't even have to go outside for.

2:02.4	also extreme cold. But specifically, puppies have a hard time
2:09.5	regulating their temperature, you know, compared to adult dogs. So you really have to be careful with them.
2:17.1	Any kind of pushnose breeds, the, you know, pugs or bulldogs or French bulldogs or even boxers, they're going to have a hard time cooling themselves down because the dog's main way is through panting. So because they have that odd airway they are very prone to
2:36.8	they are very prone to overheating so you have to be extremely careful
2:42.1	with them if you have to be extremely careful with them.
2:43.0	If you have an older dog, they also have a little bit more trouble with heat.
