we're going to talk about ditching the bowl and making meal time and event.

So I have a few examples for you that I'm going to go through, but the reason

why I'm bringing this topic to you is because it is a great way to give your dog some extra exercise and some extra stimulation by doing something

you do already and that's feed them.

We get stuck in this idea that our dog is supposed to eat out of a bowl.

And it probably comes from our own habits because we sit down on a table and eat off of plates

most of the time.

But dogs are programmed to work for their food.

So if we use that and make meal time and event,

then we give them an extra outlet

to burn some of that extra energy.

And if you have a puppy or a high energy dog,

this is going to start sounding really good to you

because it's not going to take that much more effort from you,

but we're going to give them another way to, you know, occupy them a little longer than the 30 seconds it takes them to
