I want to talk today about Wienab and COVID-19.

I feel like, as I say this that we're through the urgent side of things but you know

Don't have any idea when normal will be again, whatever that looks like.

But I will say this, as things first started kind of exploding,

it was tough to not just react really strongly, emotionally, quickly to all the news that was coming out.

And one thing that we debated a lot was, gosh, what doesab do what do we do what do we do in this

unique situation one thing that we well I'll tell you what we didn't do we

didn't do most everything.

We, the marching orders were basically just status quo.

And not status quo because the world wasn't going crazy around us but just status quo because I know

that if we deliver on what we're trying to deliver with friendliness, with some empathy,

with darn good advice as it relates to managing your money that we could help people during this

pandemic.

What we didn't do was we didn't send out any sales emails and to be frank at this point I think Jimmy Fallon made a joke that I saw on about the all the emails that they just kind of gotten ridiculous.

It kind of bugged me that people were sending out emails saying something along the

lines of hey COVID-19 and then just going into the normal pitch.

The sales pitches I was getting,

they must have doubled over email,

all because of people trying to somehow make

a connection between their offering and this
