I want to talk to you tonight and I know I won't be able to finish this and I also know that this ties directly into

what we I shared the last couple of times and I think those are out on on on as a media resource by

now when we begin to talk about the new commandment and that Yeshua actually gives us a new command that at first glance doesn't look new.

But it's new in that it has a different standard to an old command.

The old command had always been to love your neighbor.

And Jesus takes love your neighbor and he elevates it to love in a new way as you have been loved,

or more specifically, as I have loved you.

Now, when you decide how you're going to love your neighbor, you don't get to

love your neighbor more than you used to or like you feel like you should. You have to now love

your neighbor like I loved you. And that's the standard for love, which probably means we all fail.

But we are learning to love because we're loved.

We love him because he first loved us.

I contend that the more revelation you have regarding how he loves you,

the more love you'll have to give to others as a secondary consequence of your

reservoir overflowing with the love of Christ. Doesn't that make sense to you? If you feel like

God is angry, frustrated, and disappointed, do you know what? You vent? Anger, frustration, and

disappointment. If you feel God is critical of your behavior, you'll find yourself being critical of the

behavior of others.

But when you begin to understand that your identity is that you are loved with the same

nature and measure of love that the father has for his beloved son Yeshua, one of the first adjustments

that begins to come to the individual being constrained by the love of Christ is it changes
