Hello champion welcome back and everybody's already podcast. Oh man yesterday. I want to talk to you about yesterday

This is a it's kind of an off the beaten path podcast not talking about messaging or podcast or anything like that

So I went to a track meet yesterday and it was a track meet for special needs children

Mainly a lot of children there with Down syndrome and it was it was a track meet so they run like a hundred meter dash and a two hundred meter dash and

My daughter Paigey who's a junior is a participant in these meet so she has someone that she is designated to

Work with throughout the the season and run with and watch over and she's the mentor to this fine young gentleman

And then you have all these other boys and girls from different schools out there and to see the joy and when I and I mean I just mean
