Hope you guys are doing well today. We open with Mississippi State softball in the peak position, in the, what do we call it, the bird cage seat? Is that right?

In the Eugene, Oregon regional. How about this, right? And I wanted to get started on something

positive today. But man, how about Mississippi State softball? Right? Pretty incredible stuff,

man. And just to kind of get you up to speed in case you've just kind of kept up peripherally,

I know a lot of people are preparing for Harry Carey on the baseball side of things. But the reality of it is, is, yeah, we got a little something

to share about on the softball side.

Big day for the dogs, man, we're in a good shape right now.

Incredible shape right now in an NCAA tournament.

All right, so let's just kind of back up a little bit.

On Friday, Mississippi State walked off St. Mary's, three to two in the eighth inning.

Pretty significant, right? St. Mary's jumps up to nothing in the first state gets one in the fourth one in the fifth

and that's where it stays until we get the extras and uh bulldogs walk it off uh st mary's with

three errors in the game eliza faircloth credited with the win and uh you know it's just one of those things you look at and you feel like, man, this is

pretty great.

And run comes around and scores on one of those three errors.

So the Bulldogs wins. You think,

okay, great. We've won an NCAA tournament game. We should just be satisfied with that. But wait,

there's more. Bulldogs take on the number 12-seat Oregon Ducks and Mississippi States.
